I think the risk with 2Do is that you'll dump all your to-dos into it with loads of tags and then end up with a mess. If I had to recommend, I'd say Omnifocus because it'll make you think about how to manage your workload. Stay in sync using one of the following: Dropbox, Reminders (CalDAV), Toodledo, Fruux (CalDAV), Calendar.
